"As a teacher and a parent I can tell you that the S and B CD is a fantastic teaching tool. The songs inspire my kids to think about the world in a new ways and look beyond their own reality. My 7 year old son sings along to all the songs and appreciates that they give him a global perspective. My 4 year old daughters asks me questions about the languages sung about in the S and B songs and tries to learn them herself. Both of my children have learned the importance of kindness and respect for others just by listening to the s and B Cd and by being in the presence of these authentic , engaging musicians. I can say with certainty that S and B have had a positive impact for more of their songs ,words and ideas. Each song teaches us to appreciate music, song and each other"

"My Students look forward to hearing the Sonshine and Broccoli c.d. in our classroom, and as an educator, I'm thrilled to be playing something so wonderful for them. The songs on the cd's encourage my students to use their imaginations , remind them the importance of using their manners and enable them to dance and exercise by following the lyrics to many of the songs ! The best part abut the Cd for me, was hearing a student remind a peer to say thank you and use her manners like "Sonshine and Broccoli say" . Its great that they can relate to these performers without knowing them and take away many of the great lessons that are relayed on the cd. I have also found that there are fewer conflicts outside during recess time ! I believe this is because most of my students are playing "SONSHINE SAYS" together as a class! I would encourage any educator or parent to get their hands on this CD! It has great things to offer."
